On the Usage Page of the previous slide, the SysAdmin can click on the name of any user who has been using Address Meister. As shown by the red arrow below-left, this displays a chronological list of all Address Meister requests that user has made.

Each Address Meister request on the usage log is in turn another link. As shown by the red arrow below-right, this displays the details of each individual Address Meister request.

This gives the SysAdmin a complete reporting capability regarding the usage of their Address Meister account. Not just to verify billing, but also to monitor employees. Are they spending their time well? If a shipment is returned or lost, did the employee take proper steps to check the address?
