The case study involves a company, Sign Arts Products, that mails sample kits to prospective customers. In that a defective address costs them about $15 each, they use Address Meister on their online Sample Kit Request Form.

Before using Address Meister, the website project team integrated Address Meister into their website using website services standards. Whether they used the "Self-Service ", "Code Repackage", or "From Requirements" approach to that integration, the results would be the same as shown in this demo.
