As part of the Sign Arts Products website, a set of online forms help users request a sample kit. The first form does nothing but request the website visitor's ZIP code (if in the US) as shown by the red arrows below.

Using web services standards, Address Meister sends a query to the online Melissa Data database of the most current ZIP code information in the world as soon as the user presses the Proceed button.
